By purchasing and participating in the Podvantage 30-Day Podcast Launch Challenge, you agree to the following terms.

1. Challenge Investment

The cost to participate in the challenge is $450.

Your purchase includes access to the challenge training, resources, templates, support, and other materials provided as part of the program.

2. Challenge Period

Your 30-day challenge period begins on the official start date communicated to you by Podvantage.

All challenge requirements must be completed within the designated 30-day period unless Podvantage provides written approval for an extension.

3. How to Win Double Your Money Back

Participants who successfully complete all challenge requirements within the 30-day challenge period will earn a $900 Podvantage credit, equal to twice their original $450 challenge investment.

To qualify, you must:

• Complete the required Podvantage podcast launch training.

• Attend the required weekly challenge sessions.

• Launch your podcast within the 30-day challenge period.

• Record at least 3 podcast episodes within the challenge period.

• Share your progress at least once per week as instructed by Podvantage.

• Provide reasonable proof of completion when requested.

All requirements must be completed to qualify for the reward.

4. Your $900 Reward

The “Win Double Your Money Back” reward is provided as $900 in Podvantage credit.

The credit:

• Has no cash value.

• Is not redeemable for cash or a cash refund.

• May be applied toward eligible Podvantage products, programs, services, or Podvantage OS.

• Cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

• Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional credits unless specifically approved by Podvantage.

• Must be redeemed within 30 days after successful challenge completion.

Any purchase exceeding the $900 credit will require payment of the remaining balance.

5. Verification of Completion

Podvantage reserves the right to reasonably verify that all challenge requirements have been completed.

Participants may be asked to provide items such as:

• A live podcast link.

• Episode recordings or published episode links.

• Training completion records.

• Session attendance records.

• Screenshots or links showing required progress posts.

Podvantage will not deny a qualifying reward based on subjective judgments about the quality, popularity, downloads, revenue, or performance of your podcast. If you complete the stated requirements, you qualify.

6. Missed Requirements

If you do not complete all required challenge activities within the designated challenge period, you will not qualify for the $900 Podvantage credit. Partial completion does not qualify for a partial reward.

7. No Guaranteed Business Results

Podvantage provides education, tools, strategy, support, and resources designed to help you launch your podcast.

We do not guarantee:

• Revenue.

• Clients.

• Leads.

• Podcast downloads.

• Sponsorships.

• Audience growth.

• Speaking opportunities.

• Partnerships.

• Any specific financial or business outcome.

Your results depend on your participation, execution, business, market, experience, and other factors outside Podvantage’s control.

8. Program Participation

You are responsible for:

• Attending sessions.

• Completing the training.

• Taking action on the materials provided.

• Meeting challenge deadlines.

• Providing accurate information.

• Maintaining the technology, accounts, equipment, and services necessary to launch your podcast.

9. Intellectual Property

All Podvantage training, templates, frameworks, systems, videos, documents, and other materials are owned by Podvantage and are provided for your personal or internal business use only.

You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, teach, sublicense, or commercially exploit Podvantage materials without written permission.

10. Community and Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with Podvantage staff and other participants.

Podvantage may remove a participant from the program for abusive, fraudulent, illegal, disruptive, or intentionally dishonest conduct.

Removal for a violation of these terms may result in forfeiture of eligibility for the challenge reward.

11. Fraud or Misrepresentation

Any attempt to falsify completion, attendance, recordings, posts, launch status, or other challenge requirements will immediately disqualify the participant from receiving the reward.

12. Refunds

Except for any separate written satisfaction guarantee specifically offered at the time of purchase, challenge purchases are subject to Podvantage’s standard refund policy.

The $900 Double Your Money Back reward is a promotional Podvantage credit and is not a cash refund.

13. Changes to the Challenge

Podvantage may make reasonable adjustments to session dates, training schedules, instructors, technology, or administrative processes when necessary.

Any changes will not materially increase the requirements necessary to earn the advertised $900 reward after a participant has already entered the challenge.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Podvantage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from participation in the challenge.

Podvantage’s total liability related to your participation will not exceed the amount you paid to participate in the challenge.

15. Acceptance

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

You specifically acknowledge that:

“Win Double Your Money Back” means earning $900 in Podvantage credit after successfully completing all challenge requirements. The reward is not redeemable for cash.
